Our business opened in June of 1988 on the west edge of Orange City, IA. We started out in the service industry doing repair work on Harvestore® silos, rebuilding feeder wagons and doing millwright work for the elevators in our area.
In January of 1991, we moved into a new shop just up the road from our original location. While continuing with Harvestore service and millwright work, we expanded our business to include the sales of various shortline equipment. Some of these include Oswalt, Meyer, Thomas, Belarus, JCB and HOULE.
In January of 1996, we moved to our present location at the junction of Highway10 and Highway 60, north of Alton, IA. The building is an old Case facility that we remodeled. In 1998, we added the Claas forage harvester line and began marketing JCB construction equipment, from retail sales through rental equipment. Our new facility gave us a better location and the ability to stock more equipment and parts.
We are continually expanding and searching for new and innovative products to serve our customers’ ever-changing needs. The most recent additions to our product lineup include the JCB Skidloader line – the only skidloader in the world with a side-entry door.
We began our business in the service industry and take pride in knowing that we still offer the same quality service today as we did back then.
