Coming with decades of ag and management experience, FLS started in 2018 with simply a desire to help agricultural businesses maximize their potential by solving problems through supporting their team. After several years of working in a consulting role, and fighting together with our clients to achieve sustainable improvement, the depth of true success and true measures of success was realized. Hiring, training, and coaching people in businesses became the mission of FLS. This mission has led us to explore many channels of coaching and tools that can be used to help businesses thrive. Our services include employee recruitment, farm management, team training, parlor system audit and repair, and culture transformation.
